Food

In this module we look at food, cooking and nutrition to explore how the way we eat relates to our lives at home and in the community. We talked to the participants shopping for and growing food, experiences of food insecurity, food labelling and nutrition, and the ways in which cooking, eating and sharing meals has changed for them since moving to Canada. By exploring the role food plays in different cultures, we will consider the social implications of food in shaping connections in our communities.
